Born in the US, but a self-proclaimed wanderer, Arielle began studying music at the age of five. A child prodigy, she attained a degree from Musician’s Institute in Los Angeles and continued her education at London’s Institute of Contemporary Music Performance.

Discovered in 2010 by Extreme’s guitarist Nuno Bettencourt, she signed with an American indie record label called Open E. In the years that followed, she made a name for herself touring throughout North America and the UK, opening for and playing with Heart, Joan Jett, Beth Hart, Graham Nash, Country Joe McDonald, Joe Bonamassa, Guns N’ Roses, members of Deep Purple, Billy Ray Cyrus, Eric Johnson, Gregg Allman, Keith Urban, and CeeLo Green, which included a main-stage slot at Coachella.

At the age of 18, good fortune ensued when Arielle was handpicked by guitarist Brian May for a key role in the London-based musical We Will Rock You, a production based on the songs of his band Queen. She’s been featured on the cover of Guitar Player magazine, been recognized by country superstar Vince Gill as one of the Top 5 Best New Guitarists, been cast as a guitar player on the hit TV show Nashville, and ascended to #3 on the CMT Pure chart with the song “California.” Arielle has also been featured on vocals and guitar on the new Joe Bonamassa documentary Guitar Man with the credit track. She has released nine albums/EPs, one of which placed in 11 chart genres in 2017 independently, including #3 on the Heatseekers Chart.

Her pride and joy is the “Two-Tone,” an extraordinary one-of-a-kind guitar she painstakingly designed, and handbuilt, with her friend Patrick Yates. Brian May Guitars released a signature model based on Two-Tone and the Brian May Red Special called “The BMG Arielle” in March 2021.

Her latest album, Analog Girl in a Digital World, was released on May 7, 2021. A brand-new album will be released in early 2022.

Devin North

As a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in music business with a principal instrument of jazz bass, Devin North possesses vast knowledge of and a passion for the field of music. He picked up upright bass and the bass guitar at age 11 and has since performed every genre from rock to jazz to folk to country heavy metal and is regarded as one of Austin’s premier bass players. He has performed with acts such as Arielle, Robynn Shayne, Dave Orr, the Austin Symphony, Matt Gilmour, The Rewinders, and Christine Renner to name a few, and he performs upward of 150 shows annually. He does occasionally write and cowrite his own music, and his progressive-rock compositions have been featured in the lauded Prog magazine in the UK numerous times.

In addition to a full gigging roster, Devin has proudly taught at the Austin School of Music for over four years and leads his own private bass studio. He teaches the Rock Camp USA program and was the youngest teacher hired by the school in their 25-year history. Having grown up studying various instruments at the school and taken part in the summer rock camps, he prides himself on being able to return and give back, teaching the programs that meant so much to him as a musician and as a person.

Devin has played and taught nearly every genre under the sun but specializes in classic rock, Motown, blues, jazz, and traditional country music. When asked his favorite genre, the response is usually, “. . . more of a time period: 1965–1975, music from that time period in any genre is my absolute favorite,” and that classic taste is reflected in his collection and love of vintage instruments.

Devin currently resides in his home town of Austin, Texas, where he performs, records, teaches, and produces while off tour and tours and records internationally with classic folk-rock virtuoso Arielle.

Joe Listrom

Joe is a graduate of the University of North Texas and has been taught directly from masters like Chick Corea and Bob Mintzer. A true artisan with understanding of both the orthodox and unorthodox methodologies, Joe moves to create a rich and unique musical experience in any genre he works in. His major musical influences include artists and composers like J Dilla, The Soulquarians, Oscar Peterson, Average White Band, John Mayer, A Tribe Called Quest, Marvin Gaye, P-Funk, Gustav Holst, Bonobo, Franz Liszt, and Taylor McFerrin.

Natalie DePergola

Natalie DePergola has been playing drums for 12 years and performing professionally since the age of nine. At her current age of 21, Nat’s endorsements include Ddrum and Zildjian. She studied with John Blackwell at the age of 12 for four years. As a seasoned drummer with experience both on stage and in the studio, her knowledge reaches many areas within the music industry. With deep roots in funk, jazz fusion, and hip-hop, her strengths include a magnetic approach toward working with other musicians as well as singer/songwriters from all genres. Natalie is an employee for the Recording Academy’s Music Education program, which brings music education to areas with no access to it, all organized and funded by the Grammy Museum out of LA. Wanting to inspire women everywhere to play drums, Natalie is also a faculty member at Noisy Womxn, an all-girl music education program that teaches drums to female drum students of all ages. Also in her wheelhouse, Nat books and promotes music and art shows.
